2Between 2000 and 2012 the disability risk administrative cost components included in Varma’s premium income totalled EUR 62 million, 96 per cent of which were used for well-being-at-work projects as part of claims incurred. In 2012 the administrative cost components totalled EUR 5.4 million, and EUR 6.5 million were transferred to claims incurred.
